If you already have a termination date in place but would like to extend your rental, please complete the form below either selecting the date you would like to extend until or how long you wish to extend for. 

Please note the minimum extension period we offer is one month. 

If your account is in arrears, no extension will be permitted.  Please ensure your account is settled in full prior to requesting an extension.

If you would like to extend indefinitely, removing the expiry date from your account please state this in the message box.  You will then be required to serve notice in-line with your Rental Agreement when you wish to vacate.
